Spartan Chassis, Inc., a subsidiary of Spartan Motors, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPAR), will integrate and deliver key chassis components for RG-33 Special Operations Command (SOCOM) Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles following a subcontract order worth over $3 million by defense contractor BAE Systems. The vehicles are scheduled for delivery in the second and third quarters of 2011.

The Company also continues its ongoing support of MRAP prime contractors, and the U.S. Government, by providing spare and replacement parts for many of the MRAP vehicles built by the company.
