At Shyft, our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles is not merely a business imperative but a collective responsibility. In 2022 and 2023, Shyft formalized its ESG strategy to reflect decades of business practices that have embraced the value of ESG and the initiation of our electric vehicle strategy. We embedded environmental and social priorities within our business operations to promote sustainability and increased transparency. We gathered stakeholder perspectives on these topics from a variety of sources, including ESG disclosure frameworks, such as the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), and U.N.
