    Section 3: Identity Verification Process for Request to Know, Request to Delete and/or Request to Correct

    The law requires us to verify your identity before we respond to your request to know, delete, and/or correct your personal information. The identity verification process differs depending on the type of consumer access request you are making. To verify your identity, please follow the directions below for the type of request you are making and provide verifying information for the data points listed in Section 4 below for your request so we can match them with the information that you have previously given to us.
